We restored and redesigned a public-sector portal, upgraded it to a current, supported platform, and extended it with the features citizens and staff actually needed.
The challenge
The portal had fallen behind: an aging platform, security and maintenance risk, and missing features. Public services can’t simply go dark, so the work had to land without disrupting the people who rely on it every day.
